Hello, our names are Jessica and Jorge and we are happy to be of service to you and your beloved pets. Pet sitting is a specialized line of work. We have over 25 years experience in handling various pets, with an emphasis on dogs and birds. We have 4 dachshunds, varying in ages from 9 months old to 9 years old, as well as 4 parakeets, 4 finches and a beautiful canary. All 4 of our “kids” are up to date with shots, flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Jessica is highly experienced in handling a multiple dog household, as she grew up with 7 dogs on a ranch all at one time, yes, we said 7!!! So, needless to say, we can take on the smallest to the biggest!!
We are familiar with and comfortable with handling and administering special diets, medicine, or catering to “special needs” dogs. We have a large fenced in yard so aside from the nice long walks in our very peaceful neighborhood, which is located about 10 minutes north of Downtown Miami and 10 minutes south of Aventura, there is plenty of running around the yard to burn off that extra energy our little doggies are full of. Our home is kept very clean and we ensure that your home will stay in proper order while you're away if we are engaged in your home pet sitting, and our furry pals get a bath if we care for them longer than 7 days.
Additionally, we always wash our guests′ bedding, blankets, toys, etc. Our yard is treated by TruGreen and our house is treated by Terminix to ensure a flea and tick free environment. This is very important in South Florida as fleas and ticks are a large problem during Summer months. There is always someone at home or available by phone, either Jessica or Jorge, to keep an eye on our furry friends and to make sure they receive 24/7 attention, affection and care.
